How to fix BR-CL-23
Unit code MUST be coded according to the UN/ECE Recommendation 20 with Rec 21 extension.
What this rule checks
Every unitCode attribute on cbc:InvoicedQuantity, cbc:CreditedQuantity and cbc:BaseQuantity must be a code from UN/ECE Recommendation 20, or a Recommendation 21 packaging code with the X prefix. Values like PCE, pcs or Stk are not on the list. In XRechnung the KoSIT rules lower BR-CL-23 to a warning; in Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 it is a fatal error.
How to fix it
Replace the unitCode value with a valid code, for example C62 (one / unit), H87 (piece), KGM (kilogram), HUR (hour) or XBX (box). Use the same code on cbc:BaseQuantity and the invoiced quantity.
