The AllowanceTotalAmount does not equal the sum of individual document-level allowance amounts. This fires when a document-level allowance is added or removed without updating the total.

How to fix it
Recalculate <cbc:AllowanceTotalAmount> under <cac:LegalMonetaryTotal> as the exact sum of all <cbc:Amount> values from document-level <cac:AllowanceCharge> elements where ChargeIndicator is false.
