How to fix BR-DE-30

Wenn "DIRECT DEBIT" BG-19 vorhanden ist, dann muss "Bank assigned creditor identifier" BT-90 übermittelt werden.

XRechnung rule from the KoSIT XRechnung 3.0 schematron (German CIUS of EN 16931). It applies only to invoices whose specification identifier (BT-24) is XRechnung. Such files are checked against EN 16931 and the KoSIT XRechnung rules instead of the full Peppol BIS rule set. Check your file with the XRechnung validator.

What this rule checks

If DIRECT DEBIT (BG-19) is present, the Bank assigned creditor identifier (BT-90, the SEPA creditor ID) must be given, because the buyer's bank needs it to execute the debit.

How to fix it

Add cac:PartyIdentification → cbc:ID with schemeID="SEPA" (the creditor ID, e.g. DE98ZZZ09999999999) under cac:AccountingSupplierParty → cac:Party or cac:PayeeParty. In CII, add ram:CreditorReferenceID under ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeSettlement.
