BR-DE-TMP-32information

How to fix BR-DE-TMP-32

Eine Rechnung sollte zur Angabe des Liefer-/Leistungsdatums entweder BT-72 "Actual delivery date", BG-14 "Invoicing period" oder in jeder Rechnungsposition BG-26 "Invoice line period" enthalten.

XRechnung rule from the KoSIT XRechnung 3.0 schematron (German CIUS of EN 16931). It applies only to invoices whose specification identifier (BT-24) is XRechnung. Such files are checked against EN 16931 and the KoSIT XRechnung rules instead of the full Peppol BIS rule set. Check your file with the XRechnung validator.

What this rule checks

German VAT law requires the date of delivery or service on an invoice. XRechnung therefore recommends one of: Actual delivery date (BT-72), an Invoicing period (BG-14), or an Invoice line period (BG-26) on every line. This is an information-level hint and does not make the invoice invalid.

How to fix it

Add cac:Delivery → cbc:ActualDeliveryDate, or cac:InvoicePeriod with cbc:StartDate and cbc:EndDate at document level, or cac:InvoicePeriod on every line. In CII, use ram:ActualDeliverySupplyChainEvent → ram:OccurrenceDateTime or ram:BillingSpecifiedPeriod.
