XRechnung rule from the KoSIT XRechnung 3.0 schematron (German CIUS of EN 16931). It applies only to invoices whose specification identifier (BT-24) is XRechnung. Such files are checked against EN 16931 and the KoSIT XRechnung rules instead of the full Peppol BIS rule set. Check your file with the XRechnung validator.
What this rule checks
The Third party payment amount (BT-DEX-002) may have at most two decimal places, like all other amounts in EN 16931.
How to fix it
Round cac:PrepaidPayment → cbc:PaidAmount to two decimals.
