What this rule checks
Peppol requires the seller's electronic address (BT-34) with a scheme identifier. This enables return messages and is mandatory for Peppol network identification.
How to fix it
Add cac:AccountingSupplierParty → cac:Party → cbc:EndpointID with a valid value and @schemeID (e.g. schemeID='0088' for GLN, '0192' for NO:ORG).
