How to fix BR-DE-8
Das Element "Buyer city" (BT-52) muss übermittelt werden.
XRechnung rule from the KoSIT XRechnung 3.0 schematron (German CIUS of EN 16931). It applies only to invoices whose specification identifier (BT-24) is XRechnung. Such files are checked against EN 16931 and the KoSIT XRechnung rules instead of the full Peppol BIS rule set. Check your file with the XRechnung validator.
What this rule checks
XRechnung requires the Buyer city (BT-52) in the buyer postal address. EN 16931 only requires the buyer country code.

How to fix it
Add a non-empty cbc:CityName to cac:AccountingCustomerParty → cac:Party → cac:PostalAddress. In CII, add ram:CityName to ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeAgreement → ram:BuyerTradeParty → ram:PostalTradeAddress.
