How to fix BR-DEX-07
Any scheme identifier for an Endpoint Identifier in [Element] MUST belong to the CEF EAS code list.
XRechnung rule from the KoSIT XRechnung 3.0 schematron (German CIUS of EN 16931). It applies only to invoices whose specification identifier (BT-24) is XRechnung. Such files are checked against EN 16931 and the KoSIT XRechnung rules instead of the full Peppol BIS rule set. Check your file with the XRechnung validator.
What this rule checks
In an XRechnung extension invoice, the schemeID of an electronic address (endpoint) must be a code from the CEF EAS code list (e.g. EM for email, 0204 for Leitweg-ID, 9930 for German VAT number).
How to fix it
Set @schemeID on cbc:EndpointID (CII: ram:URIUniversalCommunication → ram:URIID) to a valid EAS code.
