How to fix BR-DEX-08
Any scheme identifier for a Delivery location identifier in [Element] MUST be coded using one of the ISO 6523 ICD list.
XRechnung rule from the KoSIT XRechnung 3.0 schematron (German CIUS of EN 16931). It applies only to invoices whose specification identifier (BT-24) is XRechnung. Such files are checked against EN 16931 and the KoSIT XRechnung rules instead of the full Peppol BIS rule set. Check your file with the XRechnung validator.
What this rule checks
In an XRechnung extension invoice, the schemeID of a delivery location identifier must be an ISO 6523 ICD code.
How to fix it
Set @schemeID on cac:DeliveryLocation → cbc:ID (CII: ram:ShipToTradeParty → ram:GlobalID) to a valid ISO 6523 ICD code such as 0088, or remove the attribute.
