How to fix PEPPOL-EN16931-R043-2
Allowance/charge ChargeIndicator value MUST equal 'true' or 'false'.
XRechnung rule from the KoSIT XRechnung 3.0 schematron (German CIUS of EN 16931). It applies only to invoices whose specification identifier (BT-24) is XRechnung. Such files are checked against EN 16931 and the KoSIT XRechnung rules instead of the full Peppol BIS rule set. Check your file with the XRechnung validator.
What this rule checks
The second half of the KoSIT CII version of Peppol rule R043. It checks the price discount on an item price (ram:AppliedTradeAllowanceCharge in ram:GrossPriceProductTradePrice, BT-147): the charge indicator must be exactly 'true' or 'false'. For a price discount it is normally 'false'.
How to fix it
In each ram:AppliedTradeAllowanceCharge, set ram:ChargeIndicator → udt:Indicator to exactly false (price discount) or true.
